Sonia Lacki, D.V.M.

Sonia graduated from University of Kentucky with a double major in Biology and Natural Resources and Conservation Management and went on to graduate from Auburn College of Veterinary Medicine in 2004. She is a small and exotic animal veterinarian in Georgetown and is thrilled to be asked to help with so many different species of wildlife because, ultimately, that has always been her passion. She interned at the St. Louis Zoo and volunteered with a number of wildlife organizations to gain experience over the years. Her favorite animals to rehabilitate are opossums and box turtles, probably because they live such peaceful lives.
